This community event focuses on families and encourages them to be active, play, and learn. It also promotes family bonding. The whole family can have fun!

The Kids & Family Expo has the honor of promoting our partnership with Mental Health Foundation – be nice. The program is a mental-health and suicide prevention plan with an effective action plan. The be nice. The be nice program is a proven four-step plan to save lives. It encourages people to take notice, to invite, to challenge and to empower themselves as well as their peers. This program provides individuals from schools, businesses and faith institutions with the confidence and knowledge to act when it comes mental health and suicide prevention.
