Executive Hire Show, launched in 2007, has become a must-attend national exhibition for the equipment, tools and plant rental industry.

The annual show brings together the industry and is where passionate hirers meet innovative suppliers. The Executive Hire Show will be held in 2025 on the 13th and 12th of February. This event builds on our industry’s rich tradition of hiring shows, which dates back to 1973.

The Show is an exclusive event for hire executives in the UK and Ireland. It has also drawn visitors from Europe and other countries. The Show is attended by senior executives from the purchasing and procurement departments of national hire operations, as well as a large number of independent-owned rental outlets. This year, 86% visitors to the Show were independent hire companies.
