Future FNCE reg dates. Background information on the selection of FNCE(r), host cities.

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics hosts the largest food and nutrition meeting in the world every fall. More than 10,000 registered dietitians and nutrition scientists, as well as policymakers, healthcare providers, and industry leaders, attend this annual meeting. They discuss key issues that affect the health of Americans.

The Academy offers a variety of room rates that accommodate between one and four people per room. In order to get support from hotels for the shuttle bus, the Academy has to fill a certain number of rooms as part of their negotiations.

We try to offer a variety of rooms at different prices, and in a convenient location from the convention centre. The FNCE(r), hotel block offers attendees a convenient, safe choice. As part of the contract, the hotel also supports the shuttle service.

Dates and locations for FNCE(r), are set approximately 9-15 year in advance. The Academy can negotiate the best possible rates for hotel rooms and convention centers.

Our industry is well aware of the dates for FNCE's annual meeting. The Academy's annual FNCE(r), meeting is held in the first three week of October to avoid conflicts with other professional conferences, holidays, and academic schedules.
