The Health and Lifestyle Expo is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th 2024. (The day before the race).The location is TBD.

Paul Carmona, coach of the RunPortland Coaching Program, will present a course presentationYou can also hold Q&A sessions between 12:30 PM and 3:30PM.

A photo ID is required to pick up your race packet. We will allow individuals to pick up someone else's bag, but will require a digital or hardcopy of the person's ID and a written note authorizing them to do so.

You will need to contact the Expo if you are arriving after it has closed or if there is another reason for your arrival.If you are unable to attend, you can pick up your bag and packet on the day of the Expo.You can either race the morning of your choice or you can have it delivered to you at an extra cost. This option may not be available.You can add them later, after you have completed the registration.Registration process.
