InterSICOP, an event organised by IFEMA MADRID, will take place from 17-20 February 2024. The platform InterSICOP Live Connect will connect the entire Bakery, Pastry, Ice Cream, Coffee and Equipment community 365-days-a-year through a digital platform which enhances and complements in-person events with new functionality.

InterSICOP LIVE Connect, over the first four week of February, will bring together a variety of sector-specific events related to Bakery, Cakes, Coffee, Ice Cream, and tecSICOP, each week focusing on a different theme.
Media, organisations and participating companies will host presentations and discussions.
There will be a Pastry Championship, Bakery Championship and Bakery and Ice Cream Championship as well as a Bakery Grandmasters Seminar and ice cream and pastry, InterSICOP technical days forum, women bakers' forum.
