Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center are located in Huai yin district of Jinan city, the core area of the new city in the west of Jinan city, east to Erhuan west road, west to Binzhou road, south to Rizhao road, north to Weihai road, convenient transportation. The planned land area of the project is about 332 mu, with a total construction area of about 555,000 square meters, including an overground construction area of about 375,000 square meters and an underground construction area of about 180,000 square meters. The main construction contents include the public construction of the exhibition center, conference center and supporting tower, underground garage and equipment room, and the construction of roads, water supply, and drainage, greening and other supporting facilities.
The project of Jinan west exhibition center with a total construction area of about 555,000 square meters has a floor area of about 140,000 square meters, a single exhibition hall is about 12,000 square meters, and nine exhibition halls have a total area of more than 100,000 square meters. Upon completion, Jinan will become the standard exhibition city of "100,000 square meters +".From south to north, the exhibition center in the west is a 1-1-1-2-2-3 floor pavilion. The overall architectural design concept revolves around "spring water", reflecting the vitality of spring water everywhere. Inside the pavilion building and the hall roof of the five pavilions facing north and south reflect the flow of the boat sailing on the river, and the five pavilions are connected by the Shared hall, which is also the main viewing channel for future citizens to shuttle between several pavilions.
In addition to the exhibition center, the western conference and exhibition center is also equipped with a high-standard conference center and a 46-floor supporting star hotel. The supporting hotel has more than 900 rooms;In the 180,000 square meters of underground space, the Jinan west convention and exhibition center also plans 3,000 parking Spaces, and the adjacent Jinan rail transit M1 exhibition center station, Jinan rail transit R2 west second ring station, Beijing-shanghai high-speed railway Jinan west station, Erhuan west road viaduct entrance, and exit will effectively solve the traffic diversion after the end of the exhibition.
