You must consider whether goods that you are transporting, such as money, goods, or electronic equipment, must be declared to Customs when you travel. This page will explain your rights and duties to help you choose the best corridor.

All foreign and Portuguese travellers who are entering or exiting the country to transport money or goods must pass through Customs. Citizens are not required to declare any goods they carry, provided that the law allows for certain exceptions.

We recommend you check with your airline before you travel to find out what you can and cannot carry.
