Oksnehallen, an exhibition space in Copenhagen's Vesterbro district is located at Halmtorvet. This building was once a market hall and is part of the Brown Meat District.

The Cattle Market was opened on 28th November 1879. Oksnehallen was designed by Ludvig Fenger, a city architect. It was home to dealers' offices and could hold 1600 cattle. It was still in use until 1959 when the White Meat Market opened. [1]

Øksnehallen was converted into an exhibition space in connection with Copenhagen's status as European Capital of Culture in 1996. It has been operated by DGI-byen since September 2005.[2]

Oksnehallen can be used for many events including flea markets and conferences, as well as fashion shows. It is home to the VISION fashion show during Copenhagen Fashion Week.
