The Hague Institute for Global Justice, an independent non-profit organization, aims to influence discourse and bridge gaps between policy, research, and practice on global problems at the critical intersection of justice, peace, security, and justice. It is registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (comparable to Foundation).

The Institute's focus is on three strategic perspectives that are organized around key issues and a regional focus. Each focus offers a wide range of projects that explore a variety of peace and justice issues. They also highlight the role of diplomacy, business, civil society, and governments in an ever-changing and complex world.
