The Giureconsulti Palazzo dei Giureconsulti (in Italian: Palazzo dei Giureconsulti),[1] also known by Palazzo Affari Ai Giureconsulti, or simply Palazzo Affari is a 16-century building in Milan, Italy. It is located at Piazza Mercanti. This was the former centre of the city in Middle Ages.

On a plan by Vincenzo Seregni, the construction of this palace began in 1562. An older palace, dating back to the 13th Century, was replaced by this new one. The building's overall design and decoration are Manneristic.

Napo Torriani preserved a pre-existing tower and made it a bell tower. The bell was named \"Zavataria\" after Zavatario della Strada, who donated it. It was used to announce public executions. [2] Later, the bell was replaced by a clock.

It was originally the Collegio dei Nobili Dottori's seat, which was a school for aspirant politicians and lawyers. It was later used as a seat of the Telegraph Company, the Popolare di Milano Bank, and then as the Chamber of Commerce's seat (since 1911). The Chamber of Commerce still owns the building.

Gianni Mezzanotte completed the restoration of the palace in 1980s after it was badly damaged during World War II's bombings. The palace was restored with high-tech equipment such as multimedia appliances and communication lines to make it a multi-functional space that can host conferences and events. The Palace was renamed \"Palazzo Affari\", but it is still well-known by its original name.
