Nehru Centre
The planetarium was created in 1972 as a living monument to Jawaharlal Naehru's vision of humanity and compassion. It was not intended to be a silent memorial.

Nehru Planetarium - A center for scientific study in astronomy, and for meeting scientists and scholars for lectures and discussions.

Discovery of India: The Discovery of India Exposition is a permanent, unique exposition that covers every aspect of Indian intellectual, artistic and philosophical achievement through the ages. It features 14 galleries that seek to reveal, the true identity of India.

Culture Wing: The Culture Wing organizes cultural programs in all areas of performing arts to encourage young performers.

Art Gallery: The Nehru Centre Art Gallery promotes young talent and offers a platform for them, along with the work of established artists.

The Nehru Centre science laboratory is located in the basement. It can be used to perform science experiments as prescribed by standard VIII, IX and X. This laboratory complements their academic studies to a certain extent.

Topics such as Electricity and magnetism, Optics Sound, Astronomy, and Optics are currently covered. Additional topics such as Chemistry, Mathematics, Live Science (Biology and Botany), and Mechanics would be covered. .
