Stephen M Bailey Auditorium (Plumbers hall) is a spacious space that can be used for many events. Beautiful architecture, impressive layout, balcony, and stairways. This was where I went on Saturday to attend the Chocolate and Wine Expo. This review is primarily for the event. It was supposed to begin at 11:00AM. Some vendors were still setting things up when I arrived. It was late and not well organized. This event could not be called an Expo because there were not enough vendors. For the wine tasting, you had to buy separate tickets. It was called the Chocolate and Wine Expo. This title was not possible because there wasn't enough chocolate in the room. I was there for only 20 minutes before I had to leave. Was a waste of time and money. They were antisocial and did not interact with people.
