Quarryville is a borough located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. At the 2020 census, the population was 2,852, [3] an increase of 2,576 at 2010 census. [4]

Quarryville is found in southern Lancaster County, at 39deg53’43’’N 76deg9’44’’W / 39.89528degN.76.16222degW/ 39.89528; 39.89528degN.76.16222degW/ 39.89528 (39.895402, 39.89522, -76.162175). [5] U.S. Route 222 runs through the borough and leads northwest 14 miles (23km) to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the county seat. South 17 miles (27km) takes you to U.S. Route 1 Conowingo, Maryland. Pennsylvania Route 372 (State Street), also passes through Quarryville. It leads east 16 miles (26km) to Parkesburg, and west 11 miles (18km) to its crossing at the Susquehanna River. Pennsylvania Route 472 (South Lime Street), runs southeast from Quarryville, 13 miles (21km) to Oxford.

The borough of Quarryville covers a total of 1.3 miles (3.4 km2) and 0.02 miles (0.05 km2) of that area, which is 1.53% water. [6] The headwaters from the South Fork, Big Beaver Creek, a northwest flowing tributary to Pequea Creek, drain the borough.
