Central Iowa Expo's administration building has a capacity for 180 people and can be used to host receptions, meetings, or other events. Our gated community offers a variety of amenities.

With additional 70 acres of parking, 116 acres are gated. We are Iowa's largest outdoor flat-space facility with all utilities.
We collaborate with the Farm Progress Show in establishing building covenants and restrictions to allow biennial vendors at the Farm Progress Show permanent structures that the CIE can use year-round. Boone will host the 2022 show at Central Iowa Expo, August 30-September 1, 2022.
