This 37,000+-square foot state-of-the-art multi-use facility provides a Conference Center, Exhibition Hall, entertainment Arena, and much, much more! The front Ballroom portion of the building provides a conference center atmosphere suitable for business meetings, conferences, conventions, receptions, and banquets for groups varying in size from 100 to 1,000. The Ballroom area, all 7,700 square feet, is the largest such facility in Anderson County. Meanwhile, the 28,000 square foot Arena is home to Anderson County’s largest trade shows and entertainment events – seating up to 3,200 spectators, and accommodating up to 200 trade show booths. The glass Atrium area and adjoining outdoor Courtyard provide the perfect setting for receptions, parties, and pre-function activities of all kinds.

For events that do not use the entire building's rental space, the Civic Center of Anderson will not issue contracts for more than six months. This policy was put in place to allow the facility to attract large-scale revenue-generating events that use all of its space. If you're interested in booking space at the Civic Center of Anderson for more than six months, please contact our office to inquire about availability. Our staff will discuss rental policies in detail if the requested date is available. After all fees and details have been agreed upon, a contract will be issued for your event. Within 14 days of contract being issued, the signed contract will be sent along with any non-refundable deposit. The entire rental fee for the Civic Center of Anderson will be due at the time that your contract is returned. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Lessee.
