The front desk staff were always available to answer our questions and assist us upon arrival. The interior of the building is beautiful. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Who doesn't love a good bath? We look forward to seeing you again soon!
This is not the first time we have stayed here, but each visit gets better. Cristian was awesome—so professional, helpful, friendly, and concerned with making our experience top notch. Bengi was also extremely efficient, attentive, and gracious. They make a wonderful team! The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds (bedding, pillows, etc.) are amazingly comfortable. We don’t even consider staying anywhere else when we visit SF because we could not ask for anything more than that which is provided at this great hotel.
