We are proud to announce that Salt Palace Convention Center has been awarded STAR accreditation by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC). GBAC is the standard for facilities across the country whose number one goal is to ensure the safety and health of all employees and visitors. GBAC STAR is the only accreditation for cleaning companies that can provide assistance in establishing protocols and procedures. Expert-led training is also provided and it assesses a facility’s readiness to respond to biorisk situations. This program certifies that the Salt Palace Convention Center uses best practices to prevent, respond to and recover from pandemics and outbreaks.
