The Twin City Quarter consists of the Benton Convention Center as well as Marriott Winston-Salem. An enclosed overhead walkway connects the hotel to the convention center. The Benton South meeting level is connected to Benton North by a climate-controlled tunnel, which allows groups seamless access throughout the Benton Convention Center complex.

The Twin City Quarter complex has more than 162,600 sq. Flexible meeting/banquet space of over 40,000 sq. ft. in 45 rooms, including 7 ballrooms.
