The magnificent structure overlooks the Radio House and lies in its own beautiful garden with shady pine trees, well-paved driveway, and heavy metal doors. You can then walk straight across through the double doors to the main conference hall, the Africa Hall. The Niger and Benue halls are located on the ground floor. They have full conferencing facilities, including a projector, presentation screen, and a highly sensitive microphone. The floor is carpeted and the chairs are very comfortable. Each chair can be used in a Committee setting to seat approximately 80 people. However, when used in conference settings, the rach hall can accommodate about 150 people.
