Slow Food Germany's leading trade fair is responsible for the market of good taste, which takes place in Stuttgart. The focus is on regional, sustainable, and artisanal foods for four days. The fair's main pillars are joy in cooking, conscious enjoyment, and appreciation of food cultures. Visitors have the opportunity to meet with food artisans and producers who are often not visible in daily consumer life. Only exhibitors that adhere to the strict Slow Food quality standards in line with the principle \"good, clean and fair\" will be allowed to the fair. Only the highest quality bread and cereal products, dairy products and fruit & vegetable products, fish, ham and sausages, delicatessen and oils, vinegars and herbs, and confectionery will be accepted.
6.700 spaces for guests are available directly on the congress and exhibition grounds. You can also use the nearby airport parking spaces.
