The Mayor's Environment Expo takes place annually, in conjunction with National Environment Week. Its goal is to empower and educate Calgary youth on environmental issues and to encourage them to take action.
The Expo is a FREE event that takes place in schools. It features over 35 interactive exhibits, including those of Calgary's EcoSchools Canada, and more than 80 workshops, both virtual and in person, to empower and engage youth.
The 35th Annual Mayor's Environment Expo is scheduled to run in person on June 4-5 2024, and virtually from June 3 - 6.
