China International Fair for Trade in Services
Conference Overview
The last CIFTIS had “trade in services, new visions, new opportunities, and new development” as its theme, and upheld the position of “national and international comprehensive trade-in services platform”. It centered on 12 large areas of trade in services, launching more than 130 events of six main types, including an opening ceremony and summit forum, high-level forums, comprehensive exhibitions, introduction fairs, themed day events, authoritative releases and so on. It had a total of 1,721 Chinese and foreign exhibiting enterprises, 24,000 registered visitors from 83 countries and regions worldwide. It had an accumulated total of more than 100,000 professional visitors, Total trade value of US$60.11 billion, of which international trade in services had a turnover of US$11.2 billion. There were over 130 events of six major types centering on 12 major areas, authoritative issuing and so on. There was a total of 1,721 Chinese and foreign exhibitors, 24,000 registered visitors from 83 countries and regions worldwide, a total of more than 100,000 professional visitors, and a trade value of US$60.11 billion, of which the value of international trade in service was US$11.2 billion.

The highlight on the CIFTIS: Sino-German economic and trade cooperation
The CIFTIS is an important platform for Sino-German trade in services. German enterprises have actively participated in all previous CIFTIS, exchanging advanced service industry experience and technology with Chinese enterprises. StoryDrive is an important sector of the CIFTIS. Since the first CIFTIS in 2012, Frankfurter Buchmesse and Sino-German (Beijing) Consulting Services Co., Ltd. have successfully held the StroryDrive for six times, where global opinion leaders in the fields of literary, publishing, film and television, design, and mass media brought the advanced concepts and successful cases of the international content industry to China, meanwhile China also demonstrated the world an excellent content industry. During the StoryDrive exhibition and conference of the CIFTIS, a German publishing delegation composed of eight senior executives participated in the conference and exhibition and conducted a week-long business visit and negotiation during the CIFTIS.
