The Shellfish and Marine Culture Show, the pre-season's only professional tradeshow for shellfish professionals, is conducive to commercial transactions. The show attracts 150 exhibitors from 18 business sectors, including waste management, transport, and ecology.
The Shellfish and Marine Culture Show, which is the first national meeting of this sector, was organized by the Chorus in close cooperation with a steering board made up of all the key players in France: the National Committee of Shellfish Culture and the South Brittany Regional Shellfish growers' Committee, and the Morbihan Departmental Council.
