The CoorsTek Denver Metro Regional Science & Engineering Fair empowers the next STEM professionals by fostering a passion for science and inquiry. The annual event at CU Denver in February gives students the opportunity to interact with the Denver metro STEM Community and present their original research, all while fostering a sense of competition, fun, creativity and education. The DMRSEF is open to all middle and high school students in grades 6-12 from the eight Denver Metro counties: Adams, Arapahoe Broomfield Clear Creek Denver Douglas Jefferson and Summit. The winners of our fair will go on to compete at the Colorado Science and Engineering Fair and the International Science and Engineering Fair.
DMRSEF goes beyond an annual competition. It is a program that runs all year long and supports teachers and students through the entire research cycle. We are dedicated to helping students get from the beginning of an idea to a completed scientific presentation.
