Friday, March 31, 2023: Race Site at Carney Islands Recreation and Conservation Area.
*2-6 pm: Pick-up of Packets and Timing Chips for all distances<br/ >* 2 - 6 pm: Alpha Win Fitness Expo<br/ >* 3-4 pm: All athletes invited to attend the Athlete meeting<br/ >* Practice swim from 4 to 5 pm.
*All distance athletes should pick up their packets by Friday.
Saturday, April 1, 2023: Race Site at Carney Islands Recreation and Conservation Area.
* 5:55 - 8:55 a.m.: Additional packet and timing chip pick-up for all athletes<br/ >* 5:30 - 7:15 am: Drop off of gear and bikes for Alpha 70.3 distance runners<br/ >* 5:20 - 8:20 a.m.: Gear and bike drop-off for Alpha Sprint distance runners<br/ >* 5:55 - 8:55 a.m.: Gear and bike drop-off for Alpha Olympic distance runners<br/ >* 7 am - 5pm: Alpha Win Fitness Expo<br/ >* 7:10 AM: Alpha 70.3 distance runners will be able to use the transition area<br/ >* 7:30 am: Alpha 70.3 race starts<br/ >* 8:50 AM: Alpha Sprint athletes are not allowed to enter the Transition Area<br/ >* 9:10 AM: Alpha Sprint Distance starts<br/ >* 9:15 AM: Start of the Alpha Sprint Duathlon<br/ >* 9:25 AM: Alpha Olympic athletes are not allowed to enter the Transition Area<br/ >* 9:45 a.m.: Alpha Olympic Distance starts<br/ >* 12:00 PM: Alpha Sprint Awards Ceremony**<br/ >* 1:45 PM: Alpha Olympic Awards Ceremony**<br/ >* 3:00 pm: Alpha 70.3 Awards Ceremony**<br/ >* 5:00 PM: All bikes and equipment must be removed from the transition area.
