As conference staff, speakers or attendees enter into the ballroom, hotel staff will verify proof of vaccination. If you cannot show proof of vaccination, or a Covid test that is negative, you will be denied access to the ballroom and may not be able to attend the event.All speakers, staff and attendees are required to wear face protection throughout the event.
