Health and Wellbeing at Work has been a leader in improving the health, well-being, and culture of the workforce for 17 years. This continues to influence the way that we support, motivate, and manage our employees to make them happy, healthy, safe, and resilient. Everyone has a part to play in creating work environments that are safe for workers and allow them to achieve their full potential. Culture and performance are directly linked to health and wellbeing. If organisations want to thrive in the post-pandemic environment, they will need to prioritize the 'human element. You will find many solutions, best practices, and new ideas at the 18 CPD conferences. Join us!

This is the 17th Health and Wellbeing at Work conference at NEC. This conference brings together people who are interested in creating a positive work environment, encouraging positive organizational culture, and improving the health and well-being of the UK workforce. This event is more important than ever. We are all vulnerable to the combined effects of Brexit, the pandemic and the war in Ukraine. There has been so much change in recent years. The workplace has changed, and will continue to change. However, there are emerging trends in the importance of mental well-being, flexibility, autonomy and financial wellness, compassionate leadership, people-centred management, personalised support, enhanced connectivity, digital connectivity, and the search for effective interventions. These and many other topics will be discussed at the NEC 2023 event, which I am delighted to be part of.".
