The 7th China (Shenyang), Hotpot Ingredients & Supplies Expo 2020 (also known as Northeast Hotpot Festival) has a high level of professionalism and influence in the hot pot catering sector in the north. The six-year-old tradition of innovative elements and green innovations in the hot pot industry is still being held. The \"four major pots\", the North School hotpot, Sichuan Chongqing hotpot, seafood hotpot, vegetarian hot pot, and the National hotpot gathered in Northeast, are all represented at this year's exhibition, which is leading to the growth of the hot-pot industry.
The exhibition will feature five main areas: the Liaoning Provincial hot pot brand enterprise representative area, condiment exhibition space, hot pot ingredients exhibition zone, hot pot equipment exhibition region, and drink and smart catering services exhibition area.
Exhibition attendees are expected to exceed 54,000. This includes more than 20,000 hot-pot restaurants from Liaoning and Heilongjiang. It has covered all aspects of the hot pot catering business in the eastern provinces. It is now the most important exhibition in the hot pot catering sector in the eastern provinces.
