This community event is family-oriented and encourages families to move, play, explore, and live healthier lives in an active environment. It also encourages family bonding. The whole family will enjoy the event!

The Kids & Family Expo is proud to support the Mental Health Foundation's partnership - please be kind. The program is a suicide prevention and mental health program that has an action plan that works. It's nice to be nice. The four-step program has been proven to save lives. It teaches people how to notice, challenge, encourage, and empower their peers and themselves. This program provides individuals from schools, businesses and faith communities the knowledge and confidence to act on suicide prevention and mental health.
