MIRA's Annual Holiday Food & Beverage show is well-known for its high-quality participants, interaction, and opportunities. Andrea Hesano (MIRA event coordinator) said that everyone is excited to return in person. We didn't have as many suppliers as usual because many people still have employee shortages. Many companies also have COVID-19 protocols that prohibit employees from attending large events. We are glad to be back in person.
MIRA did not host a show in 2013 due to the pandemic, but 700 people attended this year’s event. MIRA President and CEO Ed Weglarz stated that "This show continues be the best, most important trade show this region for both our industry and your company's successes.
