Robert is a Senior Manager with Technomic. He focuses on using consumer insight to help clients develop their foodservice strategies. He is responsible for Technomic's chain brand A&U and health tracking program. The data are combined with industry and menu analysis to create custom reports and presentations. Robert has spoken at many conferences in the U.S., Canada and Europe on consumer trends as well as opportunities for manufacturers and distributors. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Beloit College. Robert lives in Chicago, and he considers himself to be the ultimate burger lover.
