Thank you very much for recommend the nanyang royal hotel for me. I was still dreaming of I am the Emperor after I come back to my country.

According the facility you are asking to, here is my answer:

The room space and bed is very big, the TV is big,I like the message shower.

According to the breakfast and meal:

The western breakfast is better than I have at regal riviera and asia intl hotel.

According to the service:

The reception are all girls, they are nice and helpful. The manager even helped me for solving the misunderstanding between me and my supplier.

Totally I would score this hotel 90 of 100.

Next Spring Fair I will come back to this hotel, I will confirm the dates to you at Dec.

I tried to call more than 5 hotels until I got Normal English communication with you. I got a cheap hotel, also your friend Roger help me to get what I want to buy, I save a lot of money. Now my business grown a lot. Your service is good, all your guys are nice guys.

According to Garden inn gangding branch, the room is small but clean, I think they should get improved for english communication.

It's my first time being at China. I felt it well even though there is something unhappy.

I can not imagine if I did not met you, since I have a booking at another Travel Agent, and they put me into a shabby and non english speaking hotel, and refuse to help me for any change. I really appreciated everything you arranged, even most of the hotels were , you also helped me to find a city center 5 star hotel with good rooms and communications.

I will only choose local agent at guangzhou like you as my only choice when I travell to China this April, if you have time, I want to invite you to have a cup of coffee, see you.

This was the first time that I used "cantonfair.net" to take care of my hotel requirements. To be truthful, I was very apprehensive about putting myself in their hands, especially arriving at almost midnight and very tired from the long flight. I was relieved and gratified that they did everything they said they would. They found me a great hotel (when there weren't many available), picked me up at the airport late at night, and delivered me to a hotel that was conveniently located close the fair location. They are young entrepreneurs that deserve a chance to prove themselves and I plan to us them again on my next trip to China.

Thank you for your interesting in our reservation at canton fair.
We stay in NANFANG YIYUAN HOTEL we find the hotel very nice, also the rooms
and the people there, we didn’t know that we gat at the beginning a suite
room because there are no room, it could help If they could let us know it
before because after two night we had to change the room to other, if we
would know it before we can prefer our self to change rooms, but the service
there was so good that we forgot about this uncomfortable situation.
One things that I suggest you to improve is the mobility from the hotel to
other places, not all the taxi around know how to get to this hotel, and if
the guest wont to travel around there is no place for shopping, if there is
more taxi and more information in the hotel about night places to visit.

Concerning your service, I can tall in general that I am satisfy, I got the
hotel that I order, the hotel was nice, when we come to the hotel they know
about our reservation and they wait for us, thank you for this.
To improve, I suggest you to be more flexible, with changes, after I order
the hotel and ask my friend about the hotel I wont to change it to other
hotel and it was very difficult, you don’t help me with it and you wont me
to pay for one night in the NANFANG YIYUAN hotel and only if I pay for one
night you will change the hotel for other one, I could be more satisfy if
you could help me change the hotel without more pay, the change that I wont
was in time and not too late, you could book my room in NANFANG to other
people.

In general I can say that in my next visit trip in china I think I use your
service again.

Dear Ansi,

I have been away, hence the delay in a reply.

We liked the room and also especially the size and outlook of the front
balcony. The general service in the hotel was good.

The service of the hotel could be improved if sufficient staff spoke
English. You need this especially when the hotel is styled along European
lines and guests will expect that an adequate number of staff speak English.

The reception procedure could have been improved by Gerry staying a few
minutes longer to make sure things flowed smoothly at check-in
time. Things did not flow smoothly at the check-in and it is still a
mystery why the principal young lady at the front desk insisted on a 5,000
Yuan bond which we would not and did not pay.

The owners of the hotel are probably aware that a design problem exists in
the hotel in that the 2 elevators are too small and the elevator shaft
should be increased in size to accommodate larger elevators, no matter what
the cost of this substantial modification. At least this would only have
to be done for either 4 or 5 floors as that is the height of the hotel.

We liked being picked up at the airport and Gerry drove the vehicle
carey and thoughty.

You should not use this e-mail as a testimonial as it contains some
negative comments.

Dear Ansi,

I was very pleased with your service. Even though it was very late to book a
4-star hotel, you managed to find one and even helped us find a translator
on so short notice.

Our customer Mr. Swart was very pleased with the translator, Christine.

He was not satisfied about the pick-up (he said he had to wait very long,
then took a bus and then a car) and when he arrived at the hotel they did
not have a room. He liked the replacement hotel (Siemens?), but the did not
like the Wakingtown hotel. He said it was shabby and old and located in a
dull neighbourhood. He was not dissatisfied with the service in the hotel,
but said it was not worth 4 stars.

So, in general: pleased with your service! Next time we book earlier for a
better hotel and pick-up should be by car from the airport leaving on
arrival.
