I stayed there while attending the canton fair. The rooms are nice but the rest is terrible. The food is very bad, the restaurant looks like a banquet hall, it's very hard to communicate since most hotel employees don't speak english and the lobby allows smoking with no air-conditioning. Smells bad. Also, the bed is worse than sleeping on the floor (rock hard)

I spent 4 days in this hotel. The bed is hard as a ROCK. No joke. There is noise from the construction and the water went on and off (only temporary because of the remodeling). For $45USD, it wasn't so bad. Smoking is allowed everywhere in the building even the elevators.. Great decor and free high speed internet. No WIFI.
