I spent 3 days there, and the servie was pour, there just speak chinese and I cant talk with anybody there about some tourism spot around the hotel. i had to find out own my self. the food there is just chinese and they gave me a dirty room with some bugs inside the cups. I had to cancel other reservation because I was very uncomfortable.I never come back to that hotel.

I´ve been there once, and I had problems since I put my feet there. First the crew in reception try to charge me other rate that I had it. After that I asked to the assistant manager about some tourism spot in Guanzhou and he didnt know any one to go (the zoo was crossing the street). The bathroom was a mess, dirty with hair in the shower. No body speak english and the food was awfull. I´ve never came back again.

A mess!, nobody speak english and the room was the dirtiest room that never saw before, the food was awfull there and the people who work there no have any idea to bring the guest some service hotel. For my self, I will try to avoid come back again.

i have stayed here 3 times now.rooms are clean tidy and modern complete with tv but no english channels but thats not a surprise for a chinese hotel.staff are friendly but very little english is spoken.hotel food is good but the breakfasts are noodles and chinese only.no bar to speak of just a few chairs in the lobby.best part of the hotel is its only 5 mins from the local irish bar.overall a good expierience based on chinese hotels its a pity they put the rates up so much during canton fair periods
