    Participation Procedures

    1. Please fill in the Application Form with signature and then fax or email it to the organizers to:
      +86 20 83549078.
    2. Choose the available booth (booths without company name on) from the latest floor plan and confirm booth with the organizer by email, phone or fax. Exhibitor signs the contract with the organizer and then fax to each other.
    3. The full payment for participation is due, no later than 5 working days upon receipt of the official invoice from the organizer.
    4. The organizer will assign exhibition space on a “first come, first-served” basis. However, the organizer reserves the right to make any alternations necessary to the booths when considering the overall effect of the exhibition.
    5. The exhibitor has no right to transfer or sell the booths to the third party.
    6. The organizer will send out a copy of the Exhibitor Manual (including information regarding the exhibition schedule, freight forwarding, transportation, stand construction, hotel etc.) to all exhibitors 120 days before the exhibition. Or inform exhibitors to download the Exhibitor Manual from the website.

    Shell Scheme (9m2) -The equipment is as follows:

    • Fascia board • Partition walls  • Booth area fully carpeted.  • Two folding chairs
    • One information counter (65L×65W×78H) • One wastebasket • Two lights
    • One 3A / 220V power point. (Within 500V non-lighting electricity is available)

    Raw Space: Minimum size: 18m2

    Excludes equipment of Shell Scheme and booth electricity fee, design and construction fees.

    Booth with 2 sides opened, add 10% cost more; 3 sides opened, add 15% cost more;
    4 sides opened, add 20% cost more.
